We take refuge under your protection, Holy Mother of God. Deign not to despise our petitions in our needs, but to deliver us always from all evil adventures, O glorious and blessed Virgin. O our Lady, our Advocate, our Mediatrix, our Comforter. Reconcile us with your Son, commend us to your Son, entrust us to your Son. Amen.

Gertrude for the dead - frees 1000 souls from purgatory prayer of St. Gertrude Merciful God, from the Throne of Your glory, look at the poor souls suffering in purgatory, look at their torment, at the tears they shed before You, hear their pleas and groans, have mercy on them, forgive their sins. For all the crimes they have committed, for the negligence committed in Your holy service, I offer You the most holy life, all the merits of Jesus Christ, all the penances, fasts, vigils, prayers, works, pains, Blood and Wounds, Passion and Innocent Death, which Your Most Beloved Son suffered for us in the most ardent love. I am asking You to please accept these beloved souls into paradise happiness, that they may glorify You forever. Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer You the Most Precious Blood of Your Divine Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, in connection with all the Holy Masses celebrated throughout the world today, for the suffering souls in Purgatory, for the dying, for sinners in the world, for sinners in the universal Church, for sinners in my family and also in my home. Amen
